Refund Policy

As SHIORA creates limited-edition designs, we follow a careful and considered refund policy.

Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges may be accepted only if:

• A request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging are intact

Non-Eligible Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Products showing signs of wear or damage
• Items altered after delivery
• Requests raised beyond the allowed time frame

Refund Process

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
